Consistently courteous staff and the location was particularly good and incredible. There was a very nice restaurant, a mall and chemist's next door. The hotel rooms were good-sized and airy with black out curtains, a computer with FREE internet and fresh towels.

Good value for couples
This hotel has a prime location, just a short walk from the waterfront, great for checking out local spots. The bathroom was surprisingly nice with an excellent shower, felt almost like a spa after a long day.

Good value in a great location but noise issues persist
The bathroom had modern touches, including an excellent shower. The thin walls made it hard to sleep at night. I recommend bringing earplugs for a better rest! Centrally located for exploring.

Perfect situated, close to the harbour and the city center. The receptionists spoke very good english and were very helpful. Clean room.
The breakfast could have been better.

Very helpful staff who spoke English and could not do enough to help. Clean and close to shops and bars. Ideal for a city break.

missingWrote a review on 23 Novpoor soundproofing
Room showed signs of age with marked dark wood furniture, lacking a dressing table or a hairdryer. Electrical sockets were outdated, causing compatibility issues with Euro adapters-thankfully, newer sockets in the bathroom helped with charging. The soundproofing left much to be desired. Conversations from adjacent rooms and the hallway were easily heard, which disturbed my rest. The towels provided were on the thinner side, not exactly luxurious.

The location is perfect: you are very near to the old part of the city (which is so pleasent for walking or having dinner in the night) and also very near to the harbour and the main streets of the city. They were very kind and the room was very clean and comfortable, very simple but nice. The price was also very good (we paid 55 euros).
We do not have negative comments... Just one thing: we cannot say anything about the quality of the breakfast because we did not have breakfast there.

The best thing is the location, just a few meters away from the port, the bar/restaurants and the shopping. It also has a taxi station just across the street. The staf was really friendly and kind it was a joy to go there. On the second day we asked the lady on the reception about some places where you could eat well and she gave us a map where she marked some great restaurants as well as places to visit. You can also book in the hotel a trip to the beautiful Cies islands for a reasonable price. Even though it's near the bars it's also quiet and has a police station in front of the hotel which makes the place really safe, even at night. The room was comfortable, it's not huge but it has a great bed as well as good tv and ac. The bathroom is nice as well, sometimes the bathroom in cheaper places can be a mess but that was not the case. On the last day we only had train to go home at 7 pm and they gladly let us keep our things in the hotel so we'd not have to be with our bags all day long, it was a nice gesture of them. For me the hotel deserves more than 2*! It was the best price/quality hotel I've been been at. For a young couple like us it was a great choice. If we return to Vigo we'll stay there for sure.

Room and bathroom were very comfortable. Had a balcony with flowers and a nice view. Strategic location, one block from the waterfront and very close to the old city. Most important, the staff very polite and helpful.
